These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.grossner.ro and placing orders through it. Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
1.1 Site – www.grossner.ro, the online store managed by Grossner Trading SRL.
1.2 Client – The natural or legal person who places an order on the site.
1.3 Products – Goods displayed on the site that can be purchased by the Client.
1.4 Order – Electronic document representing a Client's request for the purchase of a product.
1.5 Contract – The order confirmed by the Seller, through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Products and the Client agrees to make payment for them.
2. General Provisions
2.1 Use of this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading them carefully.
2.2 Grossner Trading SRL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The updated version will be displayed on the site.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
3.1 An order placed by the Client represents an offer to purchase the selected Products, in accordance with this document.
3.2 Order receipt will be confirmed by an email. This does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
3.3 The contract between the Client and Grossner Trading SRL is concluded when the Client receives a final confirmation email from Grossner Trading SRL.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1 All prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON and include VAT.
4.2 Grossner Trading SRL reserves the right to change the prices of displayed products without prior notice. However, the invoiced price will be the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
4.3 Accepted payment methods: card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
5.1 Courier delivery - Delivery fee is added additionally to the order value.
The exact cost of delivery will be calculated based on destination and volume, and will be communicated to you later by phone by our team.
5.2 The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from the order confirmation by the Grossner Team.
5.3 In case of delays or impossibility of delivery, Grossner Trading SRL will notify the Client as soon as possible.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The Client has the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason.
6.2 Products must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, along with all accessories and related documents.
6.3 Return costs will be borne by the Client. Grossner Trading SRL will refund the amount paid by the Client within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
7. Warranties
7.1 All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to current legislation.
7.2 In case of a manufacturing defect, the Client has the right to request repair, replacement of the product, or reimbursement of its value, in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Grossner Trading SRL does not assume responsibility for any delays or delivery issues caused by third parties (couriers).
8.2 Grossner Trading SRL is not liable for any losses or damages caused by the improper use of purchased products.
9. Data Protection
9.1 By using this site, the Client agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy displayed on the site.
9.2 Collected data will be used exclusively for order processing and improving the shopping experience.
10. Governing Law
10.1 This contract is governed by Romanian law.
10.2 Any dispute arising between Grossner Trading SRL and the Client will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
