Return Policy for Grossner Trading SRL
Right of Withdrawal:
According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without being obliged to justify the decision of withdrawal.
Return Conditions:
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Documentation: The return must include all accompanying documents, such as user manuals, warranty certificates, and any other accessories received with the product.
- Exceptions: Products with defects covered by warranty are not returned through the standard return policy, but are handled according to the warranty terms.
Return Procedure:
- Notification: To initiate the return process, please complete the return form available on our website and send it by email to office@grossner.ro.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email response within 3 business days with detailed instructions on returning the product.
- Shipping: After receiving the instructions, ship the product to the indicated address, using a courier service that ensures safe delivery.
Return Costs:
According to current legislation, the costs of returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications.
Refund:
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise.
